Giveaway Rules and Regulations

Rules and Regulations for IG Giveaway:

  1. Eligibility:
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Open to residents of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area
  • Employees and immediate family members of Sports Exchange are not eligible to participate.
  1. Entry Method:
  • To enter, participants must follow the official Instagram account of Sports Exchange.
  • Participants must follow specific instructions on the Giveaway Post
  1. Entry Period:
  • As soon as the giveaway is posted then entries are accepted for up to 72 hours before closing.
  • Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
  1. Prize:
  • The prize will be clearly stated in the giveaway post.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • Sports Exchange reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal value.
  1. Winner Selection:
  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced via Instagram post and story.
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and another winner will be selected.
  1. Prize Delivery:
  • The winner must pick up item within 5 business days to receive it. 
  • Pick up location: 1120 S Country Club Dr #104 Mesa, AZ 85210
  1. Publicity Release:
  • By participating in the giveaway, participants grant Sports Exchange permission to use their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  1. General Conditions:
  • This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Sports Exchange reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or tampers with the entry process.
  • Sports Exchange reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway.
  1. Release and Limitations of Liability:
  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sports Exchange from any claims, losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
