Return and Exchange Policy

New Items

  • Return Window: New, unused items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund in the original form of payment.
  • Conditions:
    • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • For online orders returned within the return window, items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Fourteen days after item(s) are delivered to customer they are no longer eligible for return.

Used Items

  • Exchange Window: Used items may be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit.
  • Conditions:
    • Items must be in clean and usable condition.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
    • Store credit amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.
  • For online orders of used items, sales are considered final upon receipt. There are NO RETURNS for used items purchased online. Electronic and large items (over 20 lbs) are not available for shipping. We have some really good prices on some of our used goods, but many of them are intended to be viewed in-person before purchasing.

Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Sale items may be eligible for return for store credit only.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Return Process

  1. Bring your item into the store: Please visit us during store hours or you may call us with questions at 480-833-1166.
  2. Receive Your Refund/Store Credit: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or issue store credit accordingly. For credit card purchases it may take 1-3 business days for refund to be received.
