New Items

  • Return Window: New, unused items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund in the original form of payment.
  • Conditions:
    • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Used Items

  • Exchange Window: Used items may be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit.
  • Conditions:
    • Items must be in clean and usable condition.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
    • Store credit amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.

Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Sale items may be eligible for return for store credit only.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Return Process

  1. Bring your item into the store: Please visit us during store hours or you may call us with questions at 480-833-1166.
  2. Receive Your Refund/Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or issue store credit accordingly. For credit card purchases it may take 1-3 business days for refund to be received.
